Was my Daughter's first Time here and 12yrs since I've been back. No complaints . Staff and Service was Great! Food was Out to our table by the time we got done with our First Conversation. Awesome! Keep it up. We'll be back.
Great little town diner. Food has always been good. Very prompt and service is always welcoming
We had a great meal here. The salads were fresh and our service was really good. The place is very clean including the bathroom. There isn't alot of places to eat in this area, unless you want fast food. So this was a great place to try. Prices are very reasonable. Great place to get many different types of good. From taco salad and Greek salad to fried chicken and goulash. Many choices are available. Many specials daily also. You won't be disappointed.
Our server Ashley was attentive and very personable. She made our experience. I had the bacon sourdough breakfast melt and my partner had the everything omlet. The food was very good, prices were decent and we chose to come back the next day and were not disappointed. I had the sourdough melt again and my partner had the pancakes and eggs with bacon.
The Village House is a decent little spot if you're looking for a bite to eat in Albion. The food is pretty good—nothing amazing, but it gets the job done. Service has always been quick for me, and I’ve never had to wait long for a table or my meal, which is definitely a plus. Most of the staff have been nice, but I’ve run into a couple servers who weren’t exactly the friendliest. That happens pretty much anywhere though, so it’s not a dealbreaker. The place is clean enough, but the decor is definitely a bit outdated. It would be nice to see a few upgrades, but I get that in a small town, that might not be easy to pull off. Not a huge deal. Overall, it’s a solid spot to meet up with friends or grab a quick meal. I wouldn’t go in expecting anything fancy, but you might end up pleasantly surprised.
